Civism begins when the young person matures in respecting his country, or the community in which he lives, through dedication or attachment. This is particularly the case in the framework of our institutions and represented communities, with conventions and laws.
Civism, youth, community, citizenship – a set of acculturation words that all mean the same things, that of the place of an individual, recognized by his or her identity, even culture, in our society.
To embark on life without a framework is to lack the reference points to lead, to be designated tomorrow as a “leader”, a model or a guide. In this case, the young person will not perform a virtuous act in his life, whereas tomorrow he will become a parent, the eldest or the patriarch within his family. He would therefore create faults in the construction of his ideal life, and then on his descendants and his environment.
How to reconcile personal life, professional life and commitments based on convictions. It is by going to the sea that the river is faithful to the source.
Nothing can be managed without learning, without rules derived from a heritage. A sharing of positive knowledge and enlightening information, not those that are there to distract you from your true priorities, the urgency of one is not necessarily your urgency.

A teaching that edifies through education, and leads to making a decision, to voting with lucidity, or one is not forced to have an opinion that would continue, to imprison you for too long periods in the past, or as cycles of “electoral rents”, that is to say the same electoral campaigns, the same electoral speeches, the same faces of politicians, for more than five generations, even though we have changed centuries and ecosystems.
The absence of voting, a coordinated civic act on a countermeasure, while it is your executive and exclusively one-person power. This means that the young person or any other voter decides, with the knowledge of the constitution of his country, not to exist in the eyes of the government administration. He thus voluntarily chooses to remain in the background, and to act against his own interests, and his opinion on the management of his public money.
When he refuses to do his most basic duty. He therefore chooses to block his future and that of his family, finding himself unable to help his parents.
He suffers his discomfort in life, and his exclusion, by the society he lives in, and which moves forward without him having chosen to go against the tide.
He tacitly gives his permission not to defend his main interests. Man’s enemy is above all himself.
Yet “in politics, stirring up opposition can be seen as a positive sign because it means that your opponents fear you.” Your life is your chance, either you exploit it positively, or you are exploited because you wanted it by being passive or collectively unproductive.
