The Rwandan Defence Forces (RDF) delegation also included the head of defence intelligence, Brigadier General Vincent Nyakarundi, the head of international military cooperation, Brigadier General Patrick Karuretwa and the head of operations and training, Colonel Jean Chrysostome Ngendahimana.
“The bilateral discussions are focused on the possibilities of reviving and strengthening defence cooperation in areas of mutual interest,” the Rwandan defence ministry said. It added that “regional and global security dynamics were discussed.”
